In addition to any Discounts I can get for my buyers from the builders/sellers, I personally provide a buyer Rebate at closing. This rebate can be a certain percentage of the purchase price or a certain dollar amount as a reward for choosing me as your buyer agent. The exact Rebate amount is disclosed to the buyer, lender and the attorney. It is deducted from my Commission and credited to my buyers and reflected on the HUD-1 Settlement statements.
